Blackout - Another name for coverall, the highest-paying bingo game, in which the caller draws only 48, 49, or 50 balls and the first player to fill all twenty four squares wins. (Also known as jackpot bingo.)
Buy-in - When a person buys one or more game cards to play bingo.
Checker - A member of a bingo staff who verifies winning game cards (also called a floor person).
Coverall - The highest-paying bingo game, in which the caller draws only 48, 49, or 50 balls and the first player to fill all twenty four squares wins. (Also known as blackout or jackpot bingo.)
Dauber - An ink marker used to check off called numbers on bingo cards.
Early bird - Bingo games played before the regular session begins. If there are games after the regular session ends, those are late bird games.
Face - A bingo card on a strip or a sheet. (Also known as an on.)
Floor person - A member of a bingo staff who verifies winning game cards (also called a checker).
